  Upon delivery, please immediately inspect your package and ensure all perishable items are in good condition and stored at the appropriate temperature.

  If your order is damaged or incorrect, email our support team within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  Review and Approval

  Our team will review your claim and photos within 48 hours to determine if a replacement or a refund to your original payment method is appropriate.

  Once approved, we will either rush a fresh shipment to your door at no additional cost or process a full refund for the affected items.
